Fast & Secure Delivery

At Satv Aura, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring they reach you safely and in perfect condition.

All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched promptly. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched after successful order verification.


Shipping Timelines

Prepaid Orders

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Most orders are delivered within:
    • 2–4 working days for major cities.
    • 5–7 working days for the rest of India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are dispatched on the same or next working day after successful verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.

Note: Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


Dispatch Days & Hours

Orders are shipped throughout the week during normal business hours, except on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with reputed logistics partners, including:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • Xpressbees
  • DTDC

Courier partner selection may vary depending on serviceability and location.


Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Free shipping on all COD orders across India.

Partial COD Orders

  • A ₹100 advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
  • The advance amount is adjusted against the total order value.
  • The advance payment becomes non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, as it covers order processing and shipping commitments.


GST Compliance

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) for orders within India.

Orders to remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time or collection from the nearest courier service center.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return Policy.
  • For Partial COD orders, the ₹100 advance is refundable only if the cancellation request is approved before dispatch.


Easy Returns

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy for products received in any of the following conditions:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Tampered with during transit

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must email contact@satvaaura.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and included items intact.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving defective, damaged, broken, or tampered products, return shipping costs will be borne by Satv Aura.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned product is received and successfully verified:

  • A replacement will be issued, subject to stock availability; or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection and approval.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
  • Return requests submitted after the 7-day return window

Partial COD Orders

For Partial COD orders, the advance payment is non-refundable after dispatch, including cases of:

  • Order refusal at delivery
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Non-acceptance of the shipment


Multiple Unit Orders

Shipping charges for multiple products follow the same policy:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping regardless of the number of items ordered.
  • COD Orders: Free shipping regardless of the number of items ordered.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier network delays
  • Regional service limitations

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
